Meet Jordan

Hi, I’m Jordan — a licensed Occupational Therapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy, and a certified sex and intimacy coach.I run a queer, woman-owned practice that’s inclusive of all genders, sexualities, body types, and neurodivergent ways of being. My mission is to create a space where pelvic health feels approachable, affirming, and empowering.I believe healing the pelvic floor is about more than just muscles—it’s about confidence, expression, and feeling at home in your body. I combine evidence-based pelvic therapy with a holistic approach to nervous system health, intimacy, and pleasure.Whether you’re working through pain, postpartum recovery, bladder/bowel concerns, or you simply want to feel stronger and more connected to your body, I offer support that is professional, compassionate, and uniquely tailored to you.

Accessible
My mission is to make pelvic care easy to access and fit into real life. Offering virtual care removes barriers like travel, childcare and location—making care more flexible, personal, and focused on you.

Inclusive
Queer & trans-affirming care matters. Nearly 4 in 10 LGBTQ+ adults report that past negative treatment by a provider made them less likely to seek care.

Authentic environment
Practicing in your own home means the tools, exercises, and strategies we work on are already integrated into your real, daily environment.
